Le Chalet d'Aristide takes up residence on Monsieur Aristide's covered, heated terrace. Until February, raclettes and Savoie wines can be shared with friends and family. On the menu: traditional french raclette, smoked salmon raclette, bresaola raclette or vegetarian raclette, there's something for everyone.

Monsieur Aristide was conceived with the desire to contribute to a more responsible world. We work daily to preserve our planet through various actions.
AN ECO-DESIGNED HOTEL
Here, nothing is lost, everything is transformed: 80% of the furniture pieces have been curated (from other places such as restaurants, cafes, hotels, flea markets), the debris from construction works has been reclaimed to create the terrazzo flooring in the common areas, and the unused water is used to water our plants in the garden.
A UNIQUE AND SUSTAINABLE STAY
In the rooms, cosmetic products are certified organic and refillable, organic cotton bed linen is changed upon request, air conditioning and heating are operational only at the guest's request when they are present.
A SELECTION OF LOCAL PRODUCTS
Dedicated to its neighborhood and local merchants, the Café Aristide team has chosen the best bakeries, cheese shops, coffee roasters, and neighboring produce markets. You can find Lomi coffee 2.6km away, bread and pastries carefully prepared by the Alexine bakery 120m away, chocolates by Gilles Marchal 300m away, flower bouquets by Muse Montmartre 110m away, and honey harvested in Paris by Bee Happy Miel. All these initiatives aim to support the local economy by collaborating with our nearby artisans.
Daily Commitment
Monsieur Aristide is committed to minimizing its carbon footprint through rigorous actions. Bathtubs are replaced by showers, we prefer reusable bottles, and we have adopted a "zero paper" policy at the reception. We use fans and carefully monitor lighting in common areas to ensure efficient energy use.

Monsieur Aristide pays particular attention to the experience of its employees from their first day. Diversity in nationalities and gender equality are integral parts of our philosophy. An integration evening is organized to welcome new interns and trainees into our large family.
